Typically £45/session depending on frequency.
Fundamentals Coaching
A structured short-term coaching phase designed to build confidence, technique, and understanding in the gym.
Ideal for people who want to learn how to train properly, build consistency, and become more independent in their training.
4–8 week options available.
Performance & Programming Consults
Performance & Programming Consults begin at £100 and include an in-person consultation alongside written up programming recommendations and practical adjustments based on the individual’s current training structure and goals.
Small Group Coaching
Limited small-group coaching slots available by enquiry.
